My Background

Kevin J.S. Duska Jr. is the founder of Prime Rogue Inc.,, and specializes in private intelligence, narrative management, constructivist approaches to International Relation and AI integration into the intelligence cycle. Kevin is a graduate of McGill University (B.A. Joint Honours First Class in Political Science and Sociology) and of the Ohio States University (MA in Political Science; ABD PhD Political Science).

Kevin spent time in roles in both the public and private sectors prior to founding Prime Rogue Inc in 2022. Since then, he has expanded thi Calgary-based private intelligence firm to include AI Weapons Watch, the Signal Cage, Right to Know Canada (R2K Canada) as well as several other ongoing projects.

His first book, “Echo State,” is a gonzo memoir of Duska’s first year of using the Canadian Privacy Act and Access to Information Act regimes, and his discovery of mass surveillance in the process. It will be released on September 28, 2026 – International Right to Know Day.

A proud Canadian, originaly from Montréal, Kevin Duska is a polyglot. He is fluent in English and French, and is capable of speaking German, Slovak and Spanish at a working level. He also holds various levels of fluency in Rusyn, Arabic, Russian, and Pashto. A passionate dog lover, Kevin participates in rescuing dogs. His first corportation, Prime Rogue Inc, is named after his first rescue dog – the late Rogue (2009-2024). Duska recently founded Wilco Works, a 3D printing company, in honour of his latest rescue dog Wilco.
